Placing Your Order- Orders can be faxed in any time to 907-644-2455 or sent electronically via the shopping cart feature on this site.
Payment - You must pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Merchandise Availability - If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship the other in-stock items. Your packing slip will indicate back-ordered items. As soon as the back-ordered merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we will ship it directly to you with no additional freight charge.
Delivery - Shipping When the order is filled, we bag it up and ship accordingly or have ready for pick up. Please allow 3 weeks on most orders for delivery.
Returns/Exchanges - Upon receipt of your order, we decorate each item with the NMS Logo specifically for you. The only items we keep in stock that are "pre-decorated" are the cups, leatherman, bear, clock, waterbottle and travel mug. We encourage you to be confident in your selection to avoid any returns. We do accept returns on any damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of your order. However, if the item is worn or soiled, it cannot be returned. In addition, exchanges are accepted on size change only and must be returned within the 5 day period.
